If you want to become an agent all you have to do is:

• Be helpful and kind to everyone you meet
• Never break the rules 
• Don't ask people if they need help, it's considered spam, they will ask if they need assistance :)
• Treat people like you would want to be treated
• Don't ask to become one it lowers your chances
